Janine Jones received the 2012 FEMEA Dorothy Land Past President's Grant for their project, Game On! Look for a presentation on their project at the 2013 Annual Conference.
Alison Beck from Tommy Smith Elementary in Bay County and Elizabeth Haulman Green from Audobon Elementary in Brevard County are the 2011 Janice Lancaster Professional Development Scholarship winners. Alison attended Orff Level I training with Sandy and Gretchen in summer 2011. Elizabeth attended Viva La Musica Vegas in summer 2011 (clinicians include Artie Almedia, Denise Gagne, Deb Ziolkoski, Marian Rose, Thom Borden, and Dan Fee).
Gretchen Wahlberg has been selected as FMEA's 2011 Elementary Music Educator of the Year! Gretchen will receive her award at the FMEA Awards Luncheon during the 2011 Annual Conference.
