FMEA MENC On-Line Membership System

There are no longer paper or pdf forms to mail in for membership.  All memberships are processed at the link above, which will allow you to either pay online with a credit card or print an invoice to mail in with a check.

FSMA Membership:

ONLY those schools that have not been members in a previous year need this form. All other schools should have received an invoice for the new school year enrollment dues. Please contact the FSMA Office (800/301-3632) if you have questions about the enrollment procedure.
