The Department of Education has selected the following secondary schools as “Music Demonstration” Schools based on exemplary programs in place. If you are seeking programs to emulate or visit, in an effort to build a program, you may wish to contact one of the staff associated with these schools (A complete list is available at the DOE link above).

Music Demonstration schools are chosen because of the comprehensive nature of the program, the quality of instructions, and the support the administration and the community give to the music program. The schools selected are asked to organize an Open House and invite teachers and administrators from their area. Additional guests often visit throughout the school year.
